Horizon Zero Dawn 2 PS5 reveal development ported to PS5
Horizon Zero Dawn 2
Details follow up on Guerrilla Games following Horizon Zero Dawn, which should now become a trilogy. According to VGC, Horizon Zero Dawn 2 was originally developed for the PlayStation 4, but is now moving to the Sony PlayStation 5, which is due out this holiday season. The development of the sequel began shortly after the successful launch of the original, which was sold in more than 10 million copies on the PS4.

They say that in Horizon Zero Dawn 2 there is a joint game, although it is not known whether it will be in the main game or in a separate mode. This feature was excluded from the original due to lack of development time, and Guerrilla Games planned to present a joint game in the demo of the sequel, which will transfer progress to a full game. It is not known whether this is still a plan or not.
While additional details about the upcoming title of the PlayStation 5 are not enough, the report says that the game will be “gigantic” and even more than its predecessor, which already had enough room for study. The developer is also working to give players more freedom than before.
Just last month, Sony confirmed that Horizon Zero Dawn was being ported to the PC. No release date is set in stone, but the game is said to be coming out this summer.
